We collect only the account, save, and subscription data needed to provide sign-in, cross-device progress, and paid access. Google supplies a stable account subject. PayPal processes payment details; payment card and PayPal account data are not stored by this game.
You may delete your game account from the account controls. Legal and billing records may be retained where required.
Adult affiliate and school pages collect a contact email when the requester states their age. The play shell and gift page do not collect a marketing email. If you share an email address for affiliate or school follow-up, we store it only to send those updates. You may unsubscribe at any time at /unsubscribe.html.
Caspian Games studio policy retains a marketing address for 24 months from the date it was stored, and deletes or suppresses it earlier if you unsubscribe. That number is studio policy, not a legal clearance.
We do not add an address to the marketing list when age is unknown, and we do not add children under 13 to the marketing list. A parent email used only for consent is kept off the marketing list.
Accounts on our own family domain additionally store their email address for access control; public players never do.
