Existing purchases and access codes

If you previously purchased access, your existing purchase terms still apply. Founding Family access ($99 USD) grants five years to the purchasing account without renewal. Previously purchased gift codes ($39 USD) and group licenses ($399 USD for 30 seats) grant one year per redeemed code. Codes can be redeemed once and do not expire before redemption.

For an existing annual subscription, cancel from the game menu or the automatic payments page of your PayPal account. Access continues through the paid term. Canceling does not erase recorded progress. Free-period progress does not itself grant future paid access.
